"I used F1 Technical on several occasions. Doug was the representative that came out. The first visit was a few months ago to get rid of spaghetti [cabling] and streamline my small office wiring system. He installed all new Cat 6 wiring and wall connectors plus new switch gear. His attention to detail was superb. The final product far exceeded my expectations. Pricing was very fair.
The second occasion I used F1 was today. Once again, I called Doug. I was switching from Comcast to Verizon. The Verizon tech could only do so much and left me with no internet and Wi-Fi. Doug arrived an hour after I called. Within no time the internet and Wi-Fi were up and running. He was also able to fix my copier and put it back up on my network to scan documents.
